Leading facilities management specialist, Incentive FM has opened a national Business Insight Centre (IBIC) in a move designed to support its data driven, Connected Intelligence FM solutions and further improve the service it delivers to customers. Over the next few months, the state of the art solution will be offered out to Incentive FM’s national customer base.
Based at East Midlands Airport, IBIC will house the company’s central help desk with dedicated client teams responding to queries, managing compliance schedules and KPIs and liaising directly with the onsite teams through their technology platforms, MS Teams and Concept Evolution. Business intelligence and data analytics will be leveraged to ensure FM solutions are demand and data driven optimising asset and service performance whilst monitoring quality output.
The new centre will also further enable Incentive FM’s continuing implementation of smart building solutions and increased usage of IoT solutions that are transforming the FM sector.
